LAURENT PERRIER BRUT - Laurent Perrier Brut L-P is the standard-bearer for the house style of Laurent-Perrier. Chardonnay is the dominant grape variety in Brut L-P. The color is a pale golden hue, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and delicate, showing good complexity with hints of citrus and white fruit. Brut L-P's light style has led the way to making champagne the ideal aperitif drink.
LAURENT PERRIER DEMI-SEC - Laurent Perrier has producing a demi sec since the 19th century, when it was known as '' Laurent-Perrier Excellent''. Deep golden yellow hue. Rich and deep with notes of dried fruit and subtle toast. Ample and creamy with a rich texture and sumptuous mouth feel. Rounded flavors with hints of honey and ripe stone fruits. The richness of Demi-sec is a wonderful complement to a wide array of desserts, such as pastries or chocolate.
LAURENT PERRIER ROSE - Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a total of ten 100% rated Gran Crus villages, this champagne gets its glorious pink color and rounded red fruit flavors. Laurent Perrier's Cuvee rose not only makes a delicious aperitif, but is also a good match for a variety of different dishes particularly puddings.
POMMERY BRUT ROYALE - Orange peel & toasted baguette aromas. Ripe flavors of grilled pineapple and vanilla with a hint of autolysis. Honeyed, caramel like flavors in the finish with a lingering aged character that adds to the wine’s complexity.
POMMERY BRUT ROSE - Intense copper hue. Delicate stawberry aromas with hints of brown spice and orange peel. Fresh orange zest and cherry flavors have lively acidity. Lengthy close with a lingering cherry juice sweetness.
POMMERY CUIVEE LOUISE - Fresh lemon drop and charrek oak aromas with a note of biscuit. Very crisp, toasty and zesty citrus flavors combine with a defined minerality. Appel and drying flintiness cap at the finish.
POMMERY CUVEE LOUISE ROSE - Chef de Cave Thierry Casco makes Cuvée Louise Champagnes only in years he considers exceptional, and the new 2000 vintage is made in smaller quantities than its Blanc counterpart. The pale, delicate salmon-pink drink is a blend of 61% Chardonnay from the grand cru vineyards in Avize and Cramant and 39% Pinot Noir from Aÿ and Bouzy.

GRAHAM BECK BRUT ROSE - Great salmon pink in colour makes this wine look extremely attractive. Noticeable ripe strawberries from the Pinot Noir with a creamy complexity from the Chardonnay. An explosion of raspberry fruit together with some fresh sherbet on the palate with a long fine creamy mousse. Pinot Noir comes from our coastal Firgrove Vineyards near False Bay – planted on decomposed granite. The Chardonnay was chosen from Robertson with soils that have high natural limestone content. 88% Pinot Noir, 12% Chardonnay.
