CHIVAS REGAL 12YRS OLD - Chivas Regal blended whisky was first produced in 1801 by William Edward, a grocer and wine merchant in Aberdeen. Today it is one of the worlds leading premium blended scotch whiskies. Chivas Regal Scotch whisky is renowned for its great taste. Chivas Regal contains around 40% malt, of which around 4% is the Strathisla Speyside malt. Speyside malts are at the heart the Chivas blend are are responsible for its famous rich, mellow taste and refined smoothness.

They carefully select the finest single malt and grain Scotch whiskies, including the Grant family owned Glenfiddich and The Balvennie single malts and the Girvan grain whisky.Grants Family Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky contains a total of 25 malts which comprise of 35% of the blend. WILLIAM GRANTS GLENFIDDICH 12 YEAR OLD - 40.0%ABV Possessed of a delicate, floral, slightly fruity nose, this Glenfiddich is well mannered in the mouth, malty, elegant and soft. Rich, fruit flavours dominate the palate, with a developing nuttiness and an elusive whiff of peat smoke in the fragrant finish. The malt that started the whole single malt drinking trend, back in the 1960s. It is fashionable in some quarters to sneer at Glenfiddich as a malt for those who know no better, but this is actually well made whisky, and would catch out many ‘connoisseurs’ in a blind tasting.

GRANTS HENDRICKS 12 YEAR OLD GIN - Hendricks Gin which is handcrafted in small batches using a 19th century pot still. Instead of boiling the ingredients like many other gins, the still "bathes" them in vapours at a leisurely pace - the more leisurely the disillation process, the more intense the flavour of the finished gin. The proprietary recipe for Hendricks Gin includes traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander and citrus peels and an unexpected infusion of cucumber and rose petals which gives Hendricks Gin its truly unique and unusual flavour.

CRÈME DE MENTHE - Is a sweet, mint-flavored liqueur. Its flavor is primarily derived from corsican mint. It is available commercially in a colorless (called "white") and a green version (which obtains its color from the mint leaves or from the addition of coloring, if extract and not the leaves are used to make the liqueur). Both varieties have similar flavors and are interchangeable in recipes, except where the color is important.
