CHIVAS REGAL 12YRS OLD - Chivas Regal blended whisky was first produced in 1801 by William Edward, a grocer and wine merchant in Aberdeen. Today it is one of the worlds leading premium blended scotch whiskies. Chivas Regal Scotch whisky is renowned for its great taste. Chivas Regal contains around 40% malt, of which around 4% is the Strathisla Speyside malt. Speyside malts are at the heart the Chivas blend are are responsible for its famous rich, mellow taste and refined smoothness.

WILLIAM GRANTS GLENFIDDICH 12 YEAR OLD - 40.0%ABV Possessed of a delicate, floral, slightly fruity nose, this Glenfiddich is well mannered in the mouth, malty, elegant and soft. Rich, fruit flavours dominate the palate, with a developing nuttiness and an elusive whiff of peat smoke in the fragrant finish. The malt that started the whole single malt drinking trend, back in the 1960s. It is fashionable in some quarters to sneer at Glenfiddich as a malt for those who know no better, but this is actually well made whisky, and would catch out many ‘connoisseurs’ in a blind tasting.
JAMESON IRISH WHISKEY - Perfect balance of spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness.
MARTELL COGNAC VS - A unique style of Cognac which is a creation of talent, technique, tradition and time. The barrels used by Martell for the ageing of its eaux-de-vie are made with fine-grained “Troncais” type oak wood. TORRES BRANDY 5 - Deep and dense, it exhibits aromas of great richness with hints of walnut and dried fruit. It is intense, silky and concentrated on the palate. It displays warm spicy overtones of vanilla and cinnamon in the aftertaste.
RICARD - "It’ll be called Ricard, the real pastis from Marseille.” The place is Marseille, the year 1932. Paul Ricard, aged only 23, has just created his own style of spirit, lending it his name and linking it to his native city. In so doing, he created not only a benchmark, but also a product formulation – Marseille pastis - and a unique taste. This was to be the first French long drink because, as everyone knows, Ricard should always be served mixed with plenty of water.
PERNOD - The exotic bouquet, when tasted neat, is potent and bittersweet. With the addition of water, it turns milky-opaque and has a long, licorice-like finish.
PERNOD ABSINTHE - The natural looking light green and hint of amber color reacts in water for good louche action bringing about herbal note aromas of anise with a hint of lemon.
BUSNEL-FINE-CALVADOS - Bright, floral nose, rich in apple and somewhat spicy. Apple sensation comes through clearly in the taste; pleasingly dry.
MALIBU LIQUEUR - Malibu Coconut Rum has its beginnings on the beautiful Caribbean island of Barbados. Barbados is traditionally regarded as the birthplace of Rum, where for more than 350 years Rum has been produced. Barbados has been the sole supplier of Caribbean Rum for the Malibu formula since it became an international brand in the early 1980s. To achieve this delicate and light Rum base, Malibu distils fresh Caribbean molasses three times. Distilled and blended to be the smooth, natural and light -bodied coconut Rum, Malibu adds the unique and subtle taste of the true Caribbean to your favorite drink.
TIA MARIA LIQUEUR - An exotic coffee and rum liqueur, that is a bit like Kahlua, but from Jamaica. Made from genuine Blue Mountain coffee beans. Smooth textured, sweet and rich with delicate coffee notes and a warm rich finish.
KAHLUA LIQUEUR - Well known Mexican coffee-flavoured liqueur. It is heavy and sweet, with a distinct taste of coffee, from which it is made. Kahlua also contains sugar, corn syrup and vanilla bean.
AMARO RAMAZZOTTI LIQUEUR - An Italian tonic liqueur made from herbs and spices including gentian root, rhubarb, cinnamon and the peel from Sicilian oranges.
BEEFEATER GIN - Beefeater Gin requires no introduction. Any bar you go to, no matter if it is a pricey club in Manhattan or a dumpy cowboy bar in Texas, will likely carry it. There is good reason for this. Beefeater is an inexpensive and very good gin.
BEEFEATER 24 GIN - A smooth gin with subtle notes of juniper and pronounced notes of citrus and tea.
GRANTS HENDRICKS 12 YEAR OLD GIN - Hendricks Gin which is handcrafted in small batches using a 19th century pot still. Instead of boiling the ingredients like many other gins, the still "bathes" them in vapours at a leisurely pace - the more leisurely the disillation process, the more intense the flavour of the finished gin. The proprietary recipe for Hendricks Gin includes traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander and citrus peels and an unexpected infusion of cucumber and rose petals which gives Hendricks Gin its truly unique and unusual flavour.
OLMECA TEQUILLA BLANCO - Olmeca tequila is made from the agave's of the highland's of Jalisco (Los Altos) known for it's rich red soil. Olmeca is distilled twice in copper pots to give it a smooth taste. The Olmeca name is derived from Olmec Heritage who believed tequila was a gift from the gods. This light, dry tequila is balanced with layers of pepper, fruit and spice that finishes with a snap of sweet agave, salt and pepper.
OLMECA GOLD TEQUILLA SUPREMO (Pure gold adition) - Key lime pie and caramel aromas. A silky entry lead to a dryish light-to-medium body of coconut cream and key lime pie flavors with a touch of grilled pepper, escarole, and spice.
OLMECA GOLD TEQUILLA - Very fruity aroma with notes of grapefruit and a touch of smoke - slightly woody. A taste of honey, slightly smoky with a black pepper note.
HAVANA CLUB RHUM ANEJO BLANCO - Clear. Pine and vanilla in the nose. Pillowy texture with cane juice flavors, then a bit of nutmeg and menthol. Medium finish with touches of oak. Nicely balanced between the cane sweetness, the oak, and the alcohol heat. Though this is a white rum, Havana Club ages it briefly on oak, and then filters out any color. This is the standard rum for a Mojito .

ABSOLUT VODKA - Produced from winter wheat a hardy wheat grain that gives Absolut its smooth grain character uses a unique process called continuous distillation introduced in the nineteenth century by 'The Vodka King' Lars Olsson Smith. It is distilled hundreds of times until all impurities have been removed.
ABSOLUT CITRON VODKA - Clear. Medium-bodied. Lemon, salt, minerals. Compact texture. Dry and zesty mouthfeel. Displays a curious sweet/tart interplay of lively citrus. Develops a interesting salty tang in the finish.

CRÈME DE CASSIS DE DIJON - One is guaranteed berries from the commune of Dijon. Crème de Cassis is a blood-red, sweet, blackcurrant-flavored liqueur, and is an ingredient of kir, an apéritif. The modern version of the drink first appeared in the Burgundy region in 1841, displacing "ratafia de cassis" from prior centuries. It is made from blackcurrants crushed into refined alcohol, with sugar subsequently added. is the favourite drink of the fictional detective Hercule Poirot by Agatha Christie.
CRÈME DE MENTHE - Is a sweet, mint-flavored liqueur. Its flavor is primarily derived from corsican mint. It is available commercially in a colorless (called "white") and a green version (which obtains its color from the mint leaves or from the addition of coloring, if extract and not the leaves are used to make the liqueur). Both varieties have similar flavors and are interchangeable in recipes, except where the color is important.
